I made my trip to Kennesaw, Georgia for a stained glass shopping trip!
So exciting going through the glass myself instead of depending on pictures on the internet. The Armstrong Glass Store is huge with glass from lots of sources. I spent about 3 hours looking for just the right colors and textures for the animals that will be going in the cupola windows. I found what I think will make my wildlife windows an awesome addition to our new house.
I am waiting for the weather to warm up a bit more so I can move the stained glass back to my (sorta) outside studio. I will have more room out there compared to sharing with the dichroic glass jewelry work space. When I get started with the windows I will get pictures to post on the process. Till then enjoy the spring!
