My husband, Dave, has been a huge help creating and building displays for my dichroic fused glass jewelry. I wanted to enter the Taos Open art show a few years ago but I had to supply my own display case. Dave stepped up and created a beautiful and unusual display. The pyramid inside the case was a fantastic way to show off the jewelry. When the exhibit ended I was able to get a spot at the Taos Visitors Center selling my jewelry. Again, I had to supply my own display case. Dave took out the pyramid and made a graduated step display that would hold more jewelry. I have had my dichroic fused glass jewelry at the Visitors Center for several years and the display has been great. No one else has anything like it! Yeah for husbands that can create, build and fix anything!
